A month ago, Smart was approached by a leading food and beverage manufacturer who were looking to fly 90 of its senior personnel for a one day conference in Southern Europe. The request was for the group to fly from Northern Europe and return the next day. 

Using our extensive experience and relationships, we sourced a B737-800 series aircraft, that was large enough and comfortable enough for the group to travel together. The client was thrilled with the cost effective and timely solution presented to them and booked immediately.

Working closely with the local VIP facility, the client received the Smart touch, as all our clients do, and the team sourced bespoke branded decorations for the departure terminal and removable stickers for the aircraft. We also created personalised menu cards and seat covers and liaised with the preferred catering company to curate a mouth-watering menu consisting of smoked salmon with asparagus, beef fillet, and cheesecake, with flavours of the company’s own products to create an on-board dining experience to remember.

Always going the extra mile, the team also arranged a coach transfer to the airport and organised for luxury private transfer vehicles to be waiting for the group on arrival.
