18 March 2024: Smart Aviation, the leaders in global sports charters, successfully completed its phenomenal charter operation in the Guinness Six Nations Rugby Championship this weekend, one of the largest in the company’s 19 year-history. The tournament was an exciting one, with Ireland winning the trophy for the second consecutive year.

Since the start of the tournament on 2nd February 2024, Smart has transported nearly 4000 Irish, Scottish and English fans across Europe to support their teams in the championships. The comprehensive schedule included aircraft charters from Dublin to Marseilles, Birmingham and Manchester to Rome, Edinburgh and Prestwick to Rome, Edinburgh to Dublin, Glasgow to Dublin, and more.

Last week, the dates for the Six Nations Championship in 2025 were officially announced – Friday, 31st January to Saturday, 15 March –  and the Smart team is already working on some bookings that came in immediately after the dates were publicly disclosed.
