Under new FA rules, English clubs must complete transfer signings before the Premier League season starts on Saturday, 11 August.The window opened on 17 May and the earlier deadline will ensure that clubs have a more stable start to the 2018/2019 season. They’ll be able to sell players until the end of August but all buying activity must be completed by the new deadline of 9 August.Whilst the FA have changed the rules for all English clubs, FIFA’s official deadline remains Friday, 31 August and Spanish, German, Italian and French clubs can sign players from English sides until 31 August.
