2018 FIFA World Cup

Charter flights to fixtures

Excitement is building for the start of the 21st FIFA World Cup!

The tournament kicks off on Thursday 14 June when host nation Russia take on Group A opponents Saudi Arabia at the Luzhniki  Stadium in Moscow.

Given the distances involved when travelling within Russia, aircraft charter presents the most viable and convenient option for travel to the World Cup fixtures and we are pleased to be providing charter flights for an international football federation and their supporters, as well as flights for one of FIFA’s corporate partners.

World Cup build-up

We started working on sourcing aircraft for the World Cup 2018 in 2017 and worked closely with trusted operators and airlines to ensure availability for key dates.

Our extensive experience in commercial jet charter for football clubs, national federations and sports tour operators means that we were best placed to advise on the most suitable aircraft solutions to meet the unique requirements of World Cup charter flights within Russia. During the World Cup Qualifying period, we chartered aircraft for European national teams and their supporters, on behalf of our specialist sports travel clients.

The tournament will be played in 12 stadiums across 11 cities, all of which are in or very close to European Russia. Our clients will be utilising these international airports for access to the stadia shown on the map below.
